How to make an eggscellent physical model of atomic orbitals,
using craft store supplies.
What you need:
Six polystyrene eggs (3 1/16 in. x 2 5/16 in.)
Seven lengths of 1/8 in. dowel rods (one 16 in., four 7 in, two 3 in.) (one 40 cm, four 17,5 cm, two 7,5 cm)
One 40 cm length of 2,5 x 10 board
Kite string and glue
Drill and appropriate bit
