One of the strangest scenes of the Garden of the Earthly Delights : a man, with a human "normal" head, and a body in the egg shape in which on the scale of the monsters and the men go up; body supported by its two frayed and osseous legs. The top of the head, a platform or monsters plays of the music.
At the bottom, two bored and cut ears, with in their center an immense knife, making to this unit a being living supernatural. (Here)

The Garden of Earthly Delights (or The Millennium) is a triptych.
The left panel depicts God presenting to Adam the newly created Eve, while the central panel is a broad panorama of sexually engaged nude figures, fantastical animals, oversized fruit and hybrid stone formations. The right panel is a hellscape and portrays the torments of damnation.
