Eddie's cousin, Charlie Chicken, comes to the duck detective for help. Charlie's son, Larry, has got mixed up wth a bunch of gangsters who are planning to smuggle Eddie's arch enemy, Mr Big, in from South America. Eddie is soon on the case and moves toward a show down with Mr Big.
